JARVIS AI is an AI-powered conversational assistant that provides responses, real-time information, and productivity features through voice and text input in 50+ languages. The Service is powered by Google Gemini AI and Pollinations.ai and is accessible via web browser at vip-industry-jarvis-ai.pages.dev.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at grandviprpsimulator@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JARVIS AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, or offensive content.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on JARVIS AI for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The JARVIS AI service, including its name, branding, logo, design, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of its developers. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JARVIS AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to JARVIS AI. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages (Google Firebase, Pollinations.ai), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to JARVIS AI at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.
