This Privacy Policy describes how JARVIS AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI assistant service at https://vip-industry-jarvis-ai.pages.dev/.

We collect the following information when you use JARVIS AI:

• Name and email address (when you sign in with Google or create an account)
• Profile picture (from your Google account, for display purposes only)
• Chat messages and conversation history
• Language preference

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the JARVIS AI service
• To create and manage your user account
• To save your chat history
• To display your name and photo in the app
• We do NOT sell your data or use it for advertising

3. Google Sign-In and OAuth

JARVIS AI uses Google OAuth 2.0 for sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. We do not receive your password. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Google API Limited Use Policy

JARVIS AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve JARVIS AI
• We do not use Google user data for advertising
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties
• We do not use Google user data for any purpose not described in this policy

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Google Firebase using AES-256 encryption. Firebase Security Rules ensure only you can access your own data. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

• Chat messages are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Chats saved as Favourites are kept until you delete them
• You can delete your data at any time from the app

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. We share data only with Google Firebase to operate the service.

8. Children's Privacy

JARVIS AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us at grandviprpsimulator@gmail.com if you have concerns.

9. Your Rights

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by signing out

10. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
